You will be embedded in a fast-moving team developing intelligent applications powered by large language models and modern AI techniques. Beyond the technical work, you will engage directly with business stakeholders — translating complex AI capabilities into practical solutions that drive real outcomes. Candidates must be local and able to commute to one of the two office locations. ——————————————————————— What You Will Do Build and maintain AI-powered software applications from design through deployment, with a focus on reliability and scalability. Implement large language model integrations and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to solve meaningful business problems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Contribute to a high-velocity engineering environment where your work ships quickly and your ideas are heard. ——————————————————————— What We Are Looking For • 2+ years in professional software development • Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG techniques • Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders • Background in enterprise or startup environments • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field The ideal candidate is a well-rounded engineer who has moved beyond experimenting with AI tools and has actually shipped AI-driven features in a professional setting. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation is particularly important — this team is building systems where accurate, context-aware outputs are critical. You should be equally comfortable writing clean, production-ready code and walking a business partner through how a solution works and why it was built that way.
