As an Epic Clarity Data Analyst, you will be embedded in a team that depends on clean, reliable data to make critical decisions. You will own the full journey from raw data extraction to polished, executive-ready dashboards — working across industry-leading platforms to deliver insights that move the needle. --- What You Will Do • Extract, transform, and analyze data from Epic Clarity to support clinical and operational reporting needs • Design and maintain interactive dashboards in both Epic and Power BI, translating complex datasets into clear visual narratives • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to surface meaningful trends and answer high-priority business questions • Work within Snowflake to manage and query large-scale data sets efficiently • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions • Maintain data integrity and documentation standards across all reporting assets • Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting workflows and data pipelines --- What We Are Looking For • Strong, hands-on SQL proficiency for complex data extraction • Epic Clarity certification • Experience working with Snowflake as a data platform • Ability to build dashboards in Epic and Power BI • Background in healthcare data environments The ideal candidate is a confident SQL practitioner who has spent meaningful time working within Epic Clarity and understands the nuances of healthcare data structures. You are comfortable navigating Snowflake and know how to turn raw query results into dashboards that non-technical audiences can act on.
