The Role
An established analytics-driven organization is looking for five Senior Full Stack C#/.NET Developers to join their engineering teams on a hybrid contract basis. Splitting time between remote work and onsite collaboration in either Holmdel or Jersey City, NJ, successful candidates will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of large-scale enterprise applications. This is a high-priority engagement with a fast-moving interview process — strong candidates move quickly from assessment to offer.

What You Will Do
Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem, ensuring high performance and reliability across the stack. Design and implement RESTful APIs that integrate cleanly with front-end interfaces and downstream services within a microservices-oriented architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable code that adheres to enterprise design principles. Contribute to database design and query optimization across relational platforms, and participate actively in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to uphold engineering quality standards. Identify performance bottlenecks, lead debugging efforts, and drive continuous improvement across both new and existing systems.

What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years building large-scale enterprise software applications
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or ExtJS
• Strong command of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and service-oriented design
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Solid debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
• Experience with unit and integration testing practices
The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded full stack background, equally comfortable architecting back-end services in .NET as they are building responsive, dynamic front-end experiences in a modern JavaScript framework. You have spent your career working on systems where scale, reliability, and clean design are non-negotiable — and you bring the discipline to match. Experience navigating complex enterprise codebases and contributing meaningfully to architectural decisions will set you apart in this role.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks
Exposure to cloud environments — particularly AWS — is a genuine advantage here, as the broader platform continues to evolve toward cloud-native patterns. Candidates who have pursued formal certifications demonstrate a commitment to staying current that aligns well with this team's engineering culture. These are not barriers to entry, but they will strengthen your candidacy.

What We Offer
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with two days per week onsite at either the Holmdel or Jersey City, NJ location and the remainder remote — offering a strong balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility. You will be embedded in a high-caliber engineering environment working on systems with real-world impact, alongside experienced professionals who take their craft seriously. The contract structure includes a path to a longer-term engagement, making this an excellent opportunity for a senior developer looking to deepen their expertise within a data-driven, innovation-focused organization.
