If you enjoy translating ambiguous business problems into working software and want your code to directly shape how large organizations operate, this role was built for you. --- What You Will Do • Design and build scalable full-stack applications spanning frontend, backend, and cloud layers • Develop responsive, modern user interfaces and connect them seamlessly to backend APIs and services • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for complex enterprise environments • Embed generative AI and agentic AI capabilities into production enterprise applications • Work with AI orchestration frameworks to design multi-agent workflows and automated decisioning pipelines • Integrate applications with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and vector databases • Build APIs and tool connectors that allow AI agents to interact with enterprise systems and data sources • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts and mature them into robust, production-grade solutions • Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to surface requirements and deliver outcomes • Containerize and deploy workloads on major cloud platforms using modern DevOps practices • Implement security, authentication, monitoring, and governance standards across all layers of the stack • Maintain and optimize applications through testing, debugging, and ongoing performance tuning --- What We Are Looking For • Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development • Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular and TypeScript for frontend work • Solid understanding of REST API design and enterprise integration patterns • Experience building and deploying microservices architectures • Hands-on work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows • Familiarity with SQL and enterprise data sources • Exposure to generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel • Ability to work with vector databases and AI-focused APIs • Strong communication skills for engaging directly with non-technical stakeholders The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded engineering background that spans both the discipline of enterprise software development and the fast-moving world of applied AI. You are equally comfortable designing a microservices architecture and wiring up an agentic workflow that connects an LLM to live enterprise data.
