In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — translating complex supply chain requirements into well-configured, scalable JDE solutions. If you thrive in a lead capacity, enjoy solving real operational challenges, and bring deep hands-on JDE SCM expertise, this role is built for you. ───────────────────────────────────── What You Will Do • Drive functional leadership across JDE SCM workstreams, from discovery through go-live and beyond. • Engage directly with supply chain business stakeholders to surface, document, and validate requirements. • Own the configuration and ongoing support of JDE SCM modules aligned to core business processes. • Guide end-to-end delivery cycles including solution design, system configuration, testing coordination, and implementation support. • Facilitate functional design discussions and lead working sessions with both business users and technical counterparts. • Oversee integration touchpoints between JDE SCM and other enterprise systems, ensuring data and process continuity. • Diagnose and resolve functional issues in a timely manner, providing clear and effective remediation. • Produce thorough functional documentation and actively support user acceptance testing efforts. • Contribute to production support activities and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. ───────────────────────────────────── What We Are Looking For • Deep hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SCM modules • Functional expertise across Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, and Manufacturing • Proven track record leading requirements gathering and solution design • Experience managing full implementation cycles: configuration, testing, and deployment • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable operating independently and leading functional conversations without close oversight • Ability to travel domestically for approximately one week as part of this engagement The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded functional foundation in JDE EnterpriseOne, with enough breadth across supply chain disciplines to hold their own in conversations spanning procurement, inventory, order management, and manufacturing. This role demands someone who can lead — not just participate — in stakeholder discussions, and who is equally comfortable producing polished documentation as they are troubleshooting a live configuration issue.
