If you have deep hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what language models can do in real-world environments, this role was built for you. ───────────────────────────────────────── WHAT YOU WILL DO - Architect, build, and maintain agentic AI solutions that power enterprise-grade conversational platforms - Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows that incorporate tool use, memory, and autonomous reasoning - Develop and optimize AI-driven applications leveraging large language models, retrieval systems, and agent orchestration frameworks - Integrate agentic systems with both internal services and external customer-facing interfaces, ensuring seamless interoperability - Build and maintain APIs and microservices that support scalable, production-ready AI deployments - Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI-enabled applications running in live production environments - Apply responsible AI principles including model governance, security best practices, and enterprise compliance standards - Collaborate closely with a dedicated AI/ML team, contributing to model evaluation, performance metrics, and quality benchmarking - Contribute to platform tooling and protocol integrations that extend agent capabilities across diverse use cases ───────────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development • Strong Java development skills in enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agent orchestration • Experience with vLLM or comparable model serving frameworks • Production experience building and deploying agentic AI systems • Expertise in multi-agent workflow design and autonomous decision frameworks • Solid background in API development and microservices architecture • Experience monitoring and supporting AI applications in production • Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, and security standards • Understanding of model performance metrics and evaluation practices The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of taking agentic AI systems from concept through to production in complex, regulated, or large-scale enterprise settings. You are comfortable working at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI — writing clean, maintainable code while also reasoning deeply about how agents plan, use tools, and interact with users. Experience with conversational AI platforms and a working knowledge of how model metrics inform system quality will set you apart.
