The Role

You will be a core contributor to the product, not a supporting player. From shaping technical direction to iterating on features based on live customer feedback, you will have genuine ownership over what gets built and how it evolves. What You Will Do
• Design and ship production-ready AI-powered product features end to end
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies
• Drive technical design decisions and contribute meaningfully to product architecture
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and customers to craft exceptional user experiences
• Iterate quickly on features using real-world usage data and customer input
• Take full ownership of features from initial concept through live deployment
• Help define and raise the bar for engineering practices around AI product development
What We Are Looking For
• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Demonstrated track record shipping customer-facing AI or LLM products to production
• Strong frontend proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Solid backend experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Experience integrating large language models into production web applications
• Background working at high-growth, product-led B2B SaaS startups
• Comfort leading technical decisions while staying hands-on as a builder
• Strong product instincts and clear, confident communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage directly with customers
The ideal candidate has lived the full arc of a product — from the earliest design conversations through to a live, customer-used feature — and has done it in a startup environment where speed and judgment both matter. You bring genuine frontend craftsmanship alongside the backend depth to architect systems that scale. You are not looking for a role where AI is a side project; you want it to be the core of what you build every day. Equally important is your ability to communicate clearly across engineering, product, and customer-facing contexts, because collaboration here is not optional — it is how the best work gets done.
Nice to Have
• Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation patterns
• Hands-on experience with vector databases
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI-integrated applications
These additional capabilities will help you move faster and contribute more broadly from day one, but they are not barriers to entry. The strongest candidates will likely have touched several of these areas naturally through the course of building real AI products. If you have explored agentic workflows, experimented with retrieval pipelines, or thought carefully about how to evaluate LLM outputs in production, that experience will be immediately relevant and valued on this team.
