About the Company
A leading healthcare Salesforce QA company, this organization sits at the intersection of enterprise technology and complex health services delivery. Their teams build and validate mission-critical Salesforce solutions that directly impact patient and member outcomes at scale. Known for technical rigor and a collaborative culture, they attract engineers who want their work to matter.

The Role
If you are a seasoned QA automation professional with deep Salesforce expertise and a passion for building robust testing infrastructure — not just running scripts — this role was designed for you. As a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer, you will take ownership of automation strategy and execution across large-scale Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio environments, ensuring that complex healthcare workflows are reliable, production-ready, and thoroughly validated before they reach end users. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with product, development, and business teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
---
What You Will Do
Build and continuously improve Selenium-based automation frameworks, developing reusable components and scalable testing utilities that raise the quality bar across the entire platform.
Translate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into comprehensive automated test cases that cover complex Salesforce Health Cloud workflows and business processes end to end.
Design and execute automated tests targeting Salesforce OmniStudio components — including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures — ensuring each layer of functionality performs as intended.
Lead functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts across enterprise Salesforce releases, contributing to production-readiness validation and release confidence.
Investigate test failures with a sharp analytical eye, distinguishing between application defects, environment issues, data problems, integration gaps, and script-level errors — then driving each finding through to resolution.
Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are well-defined before development begins, and collaborate with Developers and System Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve complex defects.
Support User Acceptance Testing cycles, including preparation, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
Contribute to QA standards, coding best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate testing status, quality metrics, and risk clearly to project and technology leadership.

What We Are Looking For
• 7+ years of QA automation experience in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of hands-on Selenium test automation experience
• 3+ years of dedicated Salesforce QA testing experience
• Proven experience designing and building automation frameworks from the ground up
• Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud testing experience
• Hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) testing experience, including OmniScripts and DataRaptors
• Functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing expertise
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
The ideal candidate has spent the majority of their career building and owning automation infrastructure — not simply maintaining inherited test suites. They bring firsthand experience navigating the nuances of Salesforce Health Cloud's data model and OmniStudio's component-driven architecture, and they understand how quality engineering fits into fast-moving Agile teams. A background in enterprise-scale Salesforce programs, where testing complexity is high and the cost of defects is real, is what sets the strongest applicants apart.

Nice to Have
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or similar)
• API testing and API test automation experience
• CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution
• Source control and DevOps tooling experience (e.g., Git, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Healthcare or health insurance industry background
• Experience on large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise Salesforce implementations
Candidates who bring API automation skills alongside their UI automation expertise will find immediate opportunities to apply both. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling is a strong advantage as the team continues to mature its automation pipeline. Prior exposure to healthcare or health insurance environments — and an understanding of the compliance and workflow complexity that comes with it — will accelerate your impact from day one.

What We Offer
This is a fully onsite role based in one of three major markets — Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY — offering the energy and collaboration of an in-person engineering environment within a high-performing QA organization. You will have the opportunity to shape automation standards, influence testing strategy, and grow your expertise across one of the most complex and consequential Salesforce ecosystems in the healthcare space. Senior engineers here are given real ownership, not just task lists, and the scope of the platform means there is always a new technical challenge to solve.
