**The Role**
We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join a small, elite engineering team building the next generation of healthcare operations technology. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work on cutting-edge AI systems that directly impact patient care and hospital efficiency.
**What You Will Do**
Design and build core system architecture for clinical workflows and scheduling automation
Develop and optimize real-time voice pipelines for AI-driven patient interactions
Work across the full technology stack, from LLM systems to backend infrastructure and product interfaces
Collaborate directly with healthcare customers to model complex workflows and deploy solutions into production environments
Own features end-to-end from initial design through deployment and ongoing iteration
Ship production systems that operate within enterprise health system environments
**What We Are Looking For**
2+ years of full-stack or backend-heavy engineering experience
Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end with feature ownership
Strong computer science fundamentals and demonstrated fast learning ability
Experience working in high-velocity startup environments
Ability to work across multiple system layers and technologies
Comfort with high-agency, high-ownership engineering culture
**Nice to Have**
Experience with LLM systems, RAG implementation, or AI agents development
Background in fine-tuning machine learning models
Experience with real-time or low-latency systems
Previous exposure to healthcare technology or regulated industries
