About This Role

Veeva Vault Consultant | Full-Time | Remote (United States) About the Company A leading clinical trials technology company, our client sits at the intersection of life sciences and enterprise software — powering the systems that bring new therapies to patients faster. With a collaborative, innovation-driven culture and a growing technology footprint, this organization offers meaningful work at real scale. The Role This is an opportunity for a technically sharp Veeva Vault professional to take ownership of a critical platform function within a fast-moving clinical operations environment. You will serve as a go-to expert for complex system support, configuration, and cross-platform data initiatives — working remotely alongside collaborative, cross-functional teams who rely on your expertise to keep clinical systems running smoothly and intelligently. What You Will Do - Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Veeva Vault Clinical, diagnosing and resolving complex platform issues with a high degree of ownership - Administer user accounts, permission sets, DACs, and Vault Loader processes, ensuring configurations align with business and compliance requirements - Maintain and evolve Vault configuration settings to support changing operational needs across clinical trial workflows - Build and maintain reports and dashboards that surface meaningful insights for business stakeholders - Apply SQL expertise across relational database and data lake environments to support data integrity and reporting accuracy - Contribute to data dictionary governance activities that keep information consistent across connected platforms - Partner with data management, shared solutions, and other cross-functional groups, translating technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences - Support cloud infrastructure tasks including AWS administration and IAM role configuration, using Python-based tooling where applicable What We Are Looking For • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS and eTMF) • Proven Veeva Platform Administration skills • Experience with Veeva API and VQL • Strong SQL skills across relational and data lake environments • AWS administration experience, including IAM role configuration • Python scripting for automation or data workflows • Tier 2/3 support experience in an enterprise platform context • Clear communication skills across technical and business audiences The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded background in Veeva Vault administration and support, with enough depth in cloud and data tooling to operate confidently across a modern clinical technology stack. You are comfortable owning complex support escalations end-to-end while also contributing to configuration, reporting, and infrastructure work. Experience in a regulated life sciences or clinical trials environment will help you hit the ground running and understand the stakes of the systems you support. Nice to Have • Familiarity with Excel VBA for automation or reporting tasks • High-level understanding of Oracle Siebel in an enterprise context • Experience working with Databricks for data engineering or analytics • Tableau for data visualization and stakeholder reporting • Oracle BI for cross-platform reporting initiatives Candidates who bring exposure to these additional tools will find immediate opportunities to apply them. Familiarity with Databricks or Tableau, for example, opens the door to richer cross-platform reporting work that spans clinical and enterprise data sources. A high-level grasp of Oracle Siebel is a plus given the interconnected nature of the platforms in this environment — though deep expertise is not required. What We Offer This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in the United States. You will join a team where technical depth is valued, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and your contributions have a direct impact on clinical operations that matter. The organization supports ongoing professional development and offers real room to grow as both the platform and the team continue to scale.
